Shipping & Return

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping.

  • Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customer will receive a tracking link via email from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  • Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at info@thefactory10.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

  • Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order shipping label has been created. Please contact us at info@thefactory10.com to request a change of delivery address.

  • Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

  • Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at info@thefactory10.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

The Factory 10 will happily accept returns due to damaged or defective products as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of item. Items MUST be returned in the original packaging with the original tags.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense. Please contact us for a return shipping label at info@thefactory10.com

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed for a store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. The Factory 10 will refund the value of the goods returned via an e-Gift card minus the value of any shipping paid by The Factory 10.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Customer service

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
